How We Help
We’re here for you and your team.
At OFC, we know that our coaches are at the foundation of what we do. That’s why we equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to drive results for your members.
Master Trainer Program
OFC Master Trainers are responsible for the basic delivery of a class from start to finish, but are also involved in the programming of all the classes that will run throughout the day. A great circuit setup can prime your members for success all day. OFC has a growing network of Master Trainers that will be readily available to assist in the growth and development of coaches entering our network anywhere in the country.
OFC has created its own OFC coach certification. Its completion and maintenance will provide staff with the CEC they need to maintain their NAFC cert, as well as prepare them to deliver top-notch service to all your members. This in-house specialty certification will teach any coach all they need to know about the OFC culture and coaching methods that help build relationships in the club.
Personal Training Certification
OFC has partnered with the NAFC to bring a globally accredited fitness certification to all our coaches. With our partnership, all OFC coaches will receive 50% off their initial PT certification.
Nutrition is the make-or-break of any fitness program, but can sometimes feel like a moving target. At OFC, we believe every coach needs to have all the tools available to safely and intelligently help members reach their nutrition goals. To help facilitate this, we require all coaches to complete an in-house Nutrition Coach certification. This OFC certification is powered by the NAFC.
Equipment & Distribution
OFC Distributions—with the help of franchise management at DFIT Enterprises—will provide detailed hands-on support from your initial order to the first bell!
